Generic remote page for xbmc

Today I added a generic remote for xbmc. This is like any stand alone remote using which you can navigate up/down/left/right etc. Standard controls, nothing fancy.

It did took some time to understand what keys/actions to send to xbmc. As JSON-RPC doesn’t support simple keypresses/actions, I had to use the XBMC HTTP-API interface to send these actions.
